Hello, Global-It Friends!
Our Academic Dean's staff has been having problem advising students with pre-requisite courses like, Thesis Seminar, Thesis Writing, Christian Holiness, Preaching, etc. Thus, may I suggest that the restriction be changed instead into a reminder that says something like, "There is a pre-requisite course required. Do you want to continue?" This way the Academic Dean and Program Directors can still proceed with pre-registering students for courses with pre-requisites. Thank you for making the change.
Sincerely,
Judy Pabilando :)

If the academic dean is the head of the department or division for that course, this message appears. It says because they are the head of the department, it will be added anyway. The only way that it isn’t added is if they are not responsible for that course.
