I was wondering if there was a way for me to determine when a student enrolled in classes. I have already sent out billing notification to most of the students for summer and now I need to send to all the students that enrolled after that date. I do not want to have to send another notification to all students as they just received one a couple of weeks ago.

Hello,
There is a system update that is going live hopefully on Friday. This update has a new feature called School Custom Reports that I will be able to use to provide a perminant solution to this question. If this works for you, shortly after the updates go live I will have Zoom meeting with you to go over how to use the report.

There are special buttons in Student Accounts that give you the ability to find students that have any changes for several things.
See screen shot for the buttons in the Advanced Search in Student Accounts.
Here is a description of each of the buttons and what triggers a student to have the flag set and what removes the flag. This would be the best solution as it will set the flag for a lot of different things and make sure that you can keep on top of any and all changes not just class changes. I will still create the report for you so that you can verify that the Advanced search flags and the report are showing the same students.
Generate Student Charges (BillingNeedsUpdated)
- Set on whenever changes to a student's schedule are saved (same as Academic Changes below) and also when the student record is saved within Student Life or Student Academics.
- Set off when billing charges are generated and the result saved.
Academic Changes (BillingFlagAcademics)
- Set on whenever changes are made to a student's schedule (in several places).
- Set off when billing charges are generated and the result saved.
Student Accounts Changes (BillingFlagStudentAccounts)
- Set on whenever a student is saved in Student Accounts, except for auto billing.
- Set off when billing charges are generated and the result saved.
Vehicle Registration Changes (BillingFlagVehicleReg)
- Set on when Vehicle Registration is saved.
- Set off when billing charges are generated and the result saved.

If I am understanding you correctly the changes report would need to be ran before the chargers are generated. Is this correct?
