Hi, Dana!
Trust you are well! Our PhD assistant who is advising on behalf of the Program Director has encountered this thing. Please see the attached screen shot. Please check why there is no option to “Approve”. Why do you think this is so? Please advise.
Thank you,
Judy :)

Hello, Dana! Any update on this question? The same thing happened again today to our PhD Program Director, Dr. Natz. Petallar. Thank you!

Hello, I believe the issue is that the RE933 has 2 Prerequisites that the student is not meeting. The system is saying that it will allow it to proceed but I believe the Prerequisite error is stopping the enrollment through the advisor or the assistant.
Until we are able to resolve this error, my recomendation is to have them notify you of the class and the student and the Registrar is able to manually enroll the student into the class. To do this go to the student and go into edit mode and select the correct term and select update and then add the class manually.

Sorry, I went to a different window by mistake. Please disregard my reply above. It should be for the Advising matter issue. Thanks!

The advisor approvals will show when the proposed schedule is saved. The wording has been changed on the button "Save as Draft" to "Save Proposed Schedule", and it stays on the page rather than going back to the previous page. Once saved, the advisor can click the approve button.
This will be in the next version, 2.50.
