New Faculty Member, Prior Student, Login shows Student and Instructor

I just created a new username for a new member of our faculty who previously graduated from APNTS. When she went to login, it gave her the choice of Student portal or Instructor portal. However, her profile shows active on Instructor but inactive on Student.
