There is no way to upload a health form, but there is a way to keep track of information from a health form.
In Student Life, you can set up health tracks (like admission tracks but for health information), where you can enter whether they have filled out the health form, done vaccines, etc. You can also keep track of health contacts, so any time a nurse visited someone or gave them medicine etc. There is also a spot to record allergy info, emergency contact info, etc.
These sections can also be turned off or on for different user groups in order to provide increased security.
