I needed to drop a student from a class who had a financial hold and the system would not let me do so. Student accounts removed the hold and I dropped the class, but is there a way to allow me to drop a student who has a hold? Thank you.

No, because the drop a class is deeper in to the registration process. In order to make sure that nothing slips through, it needs to stay how it is.
