Are drops automatically adjusted on a students bill? I have one student that signed up for Spring classes in Dec and dropped those classes on the first day of Spring Semester and the charges were not taken off the bill.

Are drops automatically adjusted on a students bill? I have one student that signed up for Spring classes in Dec and dropped those classes on the first day of Spring Semester and the charges were not taken off the bill.
It does not happen automatically, but if you click generate, on the student, it will add an adjustment record.

There is also a future enhancement request on the list to email the professor and student accounts if a class is dropped
