Dear Kindra,
Hi! You will notice that in the attachments (i.e. sent via email) those students who dropped were showing from the Class Roster but from the Class Grade Report they show as “I” or simply empty with no mark. Thus, it appears as if the students weren’t given any grade, even if they have been dropped already from the course. Thank you for helping to fix the problem.

Hi, Kindra! Thank you for the quick reply. The idea is very good with Class Grade Report that shows all. On the other hand, it creates questioning why some students have no any mark on the grade report. Thus, may I request that the drop/withdraw status be shown from the Class Grade Report for clearance purposes? Thank you for your kind help as always.
