  • Attention: If you are a Non-USA/Canada Nazarene school, there are new tools, along with a new help file in Academics for "Analysis - IBOE Annual Report (Non-US)".  Please review this document, as it will help explain the tools now available (or coming soon) to help create this Annual Report. You may need to do some prep work now on your data in order for the information to be pulled correctly.

      • Report - Visa List - Add Student Status Filter, and add Student Status to report (Requested by NTC-Manchester)
      • Report - IBOE Annual Report (NON-US) Enrollment
      • Degree Tracks - Added 'Accredited' button to the Degree Track list that will show a list of all degree tracks marked as 'Accredited', along with the Last Accredited Date and Accreditation Expiration Date, this can be used for the IBOE Annual Report
      • College Degree - Add new field Degree Type.  This will be used in IBOE Annual Reports, and must be filled in for each Degree.  Pick List is DegreeType if new values are needed
      • Assessment Group Category - this is a new section under Academics->Administration->Grades section. This allows an Assessment Group to be assigned to an Assessment Group Category. The assessment group category can be marked as "required". If the category is required and assigned to at least one assessment group. If a student does not have any evaluations for assessment groups that have been assigned to a required category, the student's calculated grade will be a failing grade. A student must have at least one evaluation for any assessment groups that are assigned to a "required" category.
