Folks,
In line with updating their Data Protection Policy, Cliff require some amendments to their Class Photo Roster. Could we:
1. Remove "Status".
2. Remove "Home Phone" and "Mobile Phone"
3. Remove "Display in Public Roster" and "Display in Directory"
4. Remove "Disability"
5. remove "Denomination"
and, not related to Data Protection but just for their ease of use, while we're at it, could you:
6. Remove "Year" and "Degree" - Major and Track are sufficient.

This photo roster is only available to staff and the class instructor, so these fields do not follow any currently established permissions.
Most of these fields have been requested by other schools so we can't remove them all together. We try not to make distinct customizations for each school, but this one is very specific and for "Data Protection Policy". So, I have hard coded that this will happen ONLY for Cliff. If we find in the future something like this more requested, we will have to build out a more robust system.
The degree information fields will stay the same, since other schools requested them, and this is just a preference.
