Malpractice Report by Year

Folks,

Is there an easy way I can build/you can implement a quick report that will pull out all instances of Malpractice (the system you so helpfully set up for us to track academic malpractice by Student class) for a year? I took a quick look around the Advanced Queries, but I couldn't find the entity/attribute listed anywhere obvious!
