To Add Degree on Reports

Hello everyone,

I have a special request, please. When we generate enrollment report, what appears on the degree ae the Degree Tracks, which is fine because we need it most of the time. However, we also need the degrees (College Name) in almost every report. Could you help us add this column on each report? We should be seeing the information below on each report.

Please provide the list of reports that you would like the College added to and I will notify the developers. They typically want a list of specific reports.

I am so sorry, we had been shifting from Work-From-Home to Work-in-Office for weeks now so had been juggling my tasks.

Additional Questions

A few questions:

  • Are you specifically wanting it in a different column than the degree track or are you just wanting the information on the report?  If you are just needing the information on your reports, I believe all of these reports use the Transcript Display Name from the Degree Track.  In looking through your data, you are inconsistent with what shows. Some show just the track some show the degree and the track. If you adjust this column on your degree tracks, to show the degree as part of the Transcript Display Name, (like your doctoral programs are), this will fix your reports.
  • Yearly Comparison report - This already has the college on it.  Am I missing something?

Degrees Added as one Column

Hi Dana,

Thank you for your reply. I want another column before the Degree Track that would show the degree. That is exactly what the Admin Committee want us to report on every month. I thought it will be helpful if we imbed it on the report rather than classifying all the Degree Tracks and grouping them into their degrees. That's a long process. Please see image below.
